The ENMU Department of Theatre will present Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “A Grand Night For Singing,” in its Studio Theatre. The show runs April 24-26 at 7 pm, and April 27 at 2 pm. Tickets are $5 for general admission; ENMU students may see the show free of charge. Seating is limited, so patrons are encouraged to call the Box Office at: 575.562.2710 to make reservations.
Under the direction of Joseph Kline and the musical direction of Kimberly Gelbwasser, the revue takes the audience on a magical journey featuring such Broadway Classics as, “The Surrey with the Fringe on the Top” (“Oklahoma!”), “Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful?” (“Cinderella”), “Shall We Dance?” (“The King and I”), “Some Enchanted Evening” (“South Pacific”), and “Love, Look Away” (“Flower Drum Song”), to name but a few. Cast members leading the night of magic include Jonathan Lynch, Nicole Flores, Hannah Christensen, Colton Hardy, and Hailey Vandewiele. Cheryl Pachak-Brooks will conduct the musical ensemble; Jeremy Small is the production stage manager.
