For the last few weeks I have been on the search for yummy fall recipes that are pretty simple, but also cheap. In college, sometimes meals like that are hard to find. However, I have been pretty successful in my search and have made some delicious food without spending a fortune. I found some of these recipes on Pinterest, and some just from searching the web. I hope that you will enjoy these recipes as much as I did!
1. One Pan Healthy Italian Sausage and Veggies
This recipe was so much better than I was even expecting. The fresh veggies were so colorful and the spices made it the perfect fall recipe!
My mom and I made these pizzas all the time when I was little, so when I rediscovered this recipe it brought back a lot of memories! It is so affordable and so quick. This recipe includes specific toppings, but feel free to add whatever kind of pizza toppings you prefer.
This taco soup is perfect for a chilly fall day! It was so yummy and affordable because a lot of the ingredients are canned goods. It makes plenty, so you can plan on having some for the next day.
4. Roasted Veggie and Black Bean Tacos
This recipe was so tasty, and is also a great option for vegetarians. It has a lot of the same ingredients as the first recipe, as well as the taco soup recipe. So if you have leftover ingredients that didn’t get used from those recipes, you can use the rest up. It saves money and keeps food from going to waste!
