We’re working to continue the good work that Chef Charlie Broz began with the Eastern New Mexico University Culinary Arts program. In his honor, we’ve created the Chef Charlie Broz (BA) Memorial Culinary Scholarship. This scholarship is designed to assist students enrolled in culinary arts.

The family will be notified that a gift was made in honor of our dear friend Charlie. Additionally, a benefit dinner is being planned to assist in the building of the scholarship.
