Ghostly greetings! It’s a little under a week until Halloween and if you have yet to attend your first spooky event, chances are you do not have a costume yet. You could save the effort and shell out $50 on a low-quality, uncomfortable costume, but that’s not in the budget for this month. Save some coin and some time, with these inexpensive and amusing Halloween costume ideas for you and your squad.
Get Political on ‘Em: Fake News
Even Donald Trump would agree that your costume is the best.
What you’ll need:
- A white T-shirt
- Multiple newspapers
- String
- Felt letters or black sharpie
- Hot glue gun
- Scissors
Guy Fieri
Brought Flavour Town to Halloween.
What you’ll need:
- A bleach blonde wig
- A goatee/mustache combo
- Sunglasses ( if possible black frame with mirrored lenses)
- Gold hoop earrings (or clip-ons)
- Flames biker hot rod shirt (dark, similarly fitting shirts with loud will work)
Mac ‘n Cheese
Not to be cheesy, but that Halloween costume is making me hungry.

- A number of toilet paper rolls or yellow construction paper
